i am living in dubai here phne expences is very high so i have free internet facilities, if there is any web site or softwere to make a call thrue internet to land phone(pc to phone).

download and install skype.. you can use a mic and headphones.. but if you prefer to use a phone, they have usb phones, or an adapter that you can use a standard telephone... the rates are very low.. check there website.. I get incoming and outgoing for a whole year for less then I would pay for 3 months of phone service for anyone else.. To make pc 2 phone call you can right click the contact id of the person you want to call in yahoo msg than click call than click call a phone number and than follow the instructions.
you will have to top up you account to call a land line, I think a $10 will fetch you approximately about 70 mins talk time.
