yes, the first guy is correct...you need filters on every phone extension in your house. That usually means that you haven%26#39;t installed filters on your phone lines. Verizon should have provided a number of these with the install kit they shipped you (or the technician should have taken care of it if you had a house call). Filters are these little boxes where one end plugs into the wall socket and you plug your phone into the other end. You need to put these on every phone or fax device in the house, but don%26#39;t put one on the DSL line itself.
