How can I find the name of a business using just the phone number on a reverse lookup without haveing to pay for it

There is some sort of state business registery where all types of business%26#39; must register check w your state go to the state website there should b a link. www.companieshouse.gov.uk go to google and in the search type in "phonebook: (the number here)" and it should work! yellow pages.com reverse phone look up
