Try entering the phone number into the search box on google (http://www.google.com). If that doesn%26#39;t get any results, try:

If it%26#39;s a cell phone, you%26#39;re not likely to find it. You could also call your telephone service provider and tell them you%26#39;re not paying for the call unless they tell you who it is. Sometimes that works.

If it%26#39;s only for a small amount, you might just want to ignore it. To get the number the person had to use some identifier of yours. In most states that is identity theft. If you want you can follow the instructions on trying to find out who has the number but why would you want to play cop. Instead protect yourself. By the way the phone number will come back to you, it is on your bill.
