Can i do anything to stop telemarketers from calling?

The same one calls EVERY SINGLE DAY and everyone in my family has told him to stop calling but he keeps calling. We already did the Do Not Call thing but i dont think it applies anymore. Is there a place where i can report them so they stop calling before i curse them out?

“calls from — or on behalf of — political organizations, charities, and telephone surveyors;
