Cost to call Puerto Rico , without using a phone card and using a house phone with no long-distance

Well I called Puerto Rico while using a 809 because a friend of my gave me the wrong number and then I assumed that it was a United States number, so I called *while using my house* and I couldn%26#39;t reach it, so a machine said press 0 in case of an emergency I did *I called twice* , at the end of 3 rings the machine said "was not able to reach the "person" and call your service provider for any further problems." Basically, I used my house phone calling out of the country, without a long distance plan and no phone card , so how much will I pay if any?

Answers:

probably nothing. that is why it said to call your provider. you can call your phone company to see if any charges were maid. since it is blocked I don%26#39;t think you will be charged Try this http://www.phonebell.net/

It%26#39;s very cheap.
