It%26#39;s not my phone, and I accidentaly called a number that blocks all private callers from calling, AND I cant call people with private numbers! And it just so happens that just about everyone that calls is on private! Is there a number or something I can call to unblock it? I need help FFAASSTTT!!!

you enabled ACR by dialing *77 on your phone, which requires anyone with a blocked number to unblock there number by dialing *82 before they call you...
to turn off ACR dial *87 call the number again and see what happens return your phone to factory settings. you will ned to have your 2 puk numbers. also you could ring the customer care team from the network you are on, they will tell you to key in a code to unblock it. good luck. Let us know the Brand and odel numder of the phone. I don%26#39;t know how you unblock it permanently, call the phone company or look in you phone book in the beginning section and it should explain how to.
Try dialling *82 ( star symbol-8-2) then the number and it will unblock it for that particular call your making.
