May I suggest that you vociferously complain, refuse to ring rip of numbers, do not ring the hospital phone at 50p a minute, ring the ward, tell them you are overseas, this activity should be stopped, if you discover that you are dealing with this sort of agency then find out their real number, ring their emergency number, or change supplier. This is underhand theft.

They don%26#39;t have every company / number but it is worth giving it a look. I understand what your saying but we have a choice and we choose to use our phones so in effect, we are saying we are willing to pay that amount to make a call.
