Dialing extension?

How do you dial an extension after you are connected to your party?

Answers:

MOST phone systems will advise you "if you know the party%26#39;s extension please enter it now" usually as the first message that you hear..

SOME phone systems will not prompt you to enter an extension number, such as the office that I get my jobs from. in that instance.. normally at the first prompt you can enter the extension number in place of the info that they are asking for (usually asking to enter your phone number etc... )

almost always you can just dial 0 at any time, and ask to be transfered to the extension..
