I need to call but not allowed to call long distance..can i block the number i call from bein on my

i need to call somebody out of state but im not allowed to call long distance.its a cell phone i have to call so i cant call collect.can i call the number but block it from showing up on my phone bill?

Go buy a calling card. It will use an 800 number and it wont show on the bill.
