My house number shows up when someone calls my house?

Someone is calling me from from my own home number WHILE IM HOME...when the phone rings and I look at my caller ID I see my phone number on it and no I don%26#39;t have 2 different numbers in my house

everytime I answer the phone a person ask for my name then hangs up..could someone tell me if there%26#39;s a way you could call someone and have their own number show up? because this is really starting to creep me out
