yes you can do through telephone company yes u can open the phone and disconnect the dial wirings. Yes, we did that for one area of my last plant. It was set up through the phone company. I had a similar problem. A yahoo search gave me this. The prices seem a bit high, but I guess that if you need it, you%26#39;ll pay for it..
