do not use a 1st gen cordless phone or 900 mhz phone (with out DSS) they can be picked up very easy, and rather cheaply with a radio scanner..

I have not been made aware of a way to tap VoIP as of yet.. actuallay in an industry magazine that came out this month, some VoIP companies still do not have the technology in place for law enforcement to tap your line..

cell phones can be tapped by law enforcement, but unless it is one of the old analogue cell phones, and someone has a modified radio scanner, then some one cant listen in on your cell conversation either. there%26#39;s ussually a background razz or buzz however miniscule the sound maybe.
