i don%26#39;t know how well you can see it but the down arrow is all warped. I cannot press it.I accidentally left it a little to close to my lamp when i was reading. I can press all the other buttons but nothing happens. If i send it in to the rogers curtousy phone and repair service will they be able to fix it??

Answer:

I hope you don%26#39;t have photography as a career goal (grin).

I can%26#39;t see the model, but if your phone is over a year old go on eBay and buy another one. It will cost you less then the repair cost and you can save the first one for parts (battery, screen, etc) if you break the second.

.. Well I am not really sure. You can try it out but I can%26#39;t guarantee that it will still work. When you push the buttons and nothing happens then maybe it is just recked for good. Its kind of hard to tell. When I got my first phone I left it on my window sill and it was pretty cold that night. I woke up to turn it on and it wouldn%26#39;t turn on so I had to get a new one. So maybe that%26#39;s what happened to yours. The heat from the lamp was to much for it.
