Can you block someones telephone number without paying for it?

I dont think you can... best thing to do... especially if you caller ID... this is what I do.. program the persons number in the phone as "Do not answer". This works good for cell phones but may be more difficult to do with a house phone. Call your phone company and speak to a normal person about your issue. If the issue is someone harassing you on the phone, call the police and they may do a tap to your phone to catch the person harassing you. If its tellemarketers... since you dont want to pay to block them.. best thing to do is hang up as soon as you recognize their sneaky tactives.
