Can you get internet service without a land telephone line?

Answers:

here are a few options!!

you can go with your local cable provider, or with clearwire.com wifi-max.fixed!!

1) Wireless: There may be a public node operating near you or you may be able to share the costs with a neighbor.

2) If you have Cable TV you can usually get internet service and run that to a wireless router (see #1).

3) Cell phone. You can use your cell phone for dialup service. It can link to your computer%26#39;s modem via bluetooth, wireless, or a hardwire cable.

4) You can purchase a wireless network card (Sprint, among others, offers the card). Using that you can link in anywhere within the carriers calling area without any wires or further hassels.

Options 3 and 4 will likely run up minute and kb charges so be sure you understand the potential costs before comitting to use that.

ok??

I dont have a landline.I have VoIP...and clearwire...19 dollars a month! yes

you can get internet through cable or satalite and like 10,000 other ways Yes, through your cable company Cable or satellite. u can get through mobile get the more details from the site www.mobiledownloads4u.com The short answer Maybe. Just contact your DSL provider and see if it is available in your area, if DSL is available then ask them if you can get the DSL without a landline, I did it so I know it%26#39;s possible and they%26#39;ll know if that service is available in your area. If they don%26#39;t then you could always get a cable modem but if you don%26#39;t get cable then your options become limited. There are satellite Internet but I don%26#39;t know anything about that. Yes its called cable Well, if you have a cellphone with web access that is another way.

However, if you have a regular landline phone or cellphone,

you can always call for answers;
