We are thinking about getting Comcast phone. I am concerned about phone service going down or any other problem I may not be aware of. I would love feedback...good and bad.

There are many different VoIP providers. Try this website for additional choices. voice over IP right? My boss just switched us over to Aptela VOIP. It sort of sucks, especially when dialing to people with land lines. They can%26#39;t hear us speak, calls get dropped and sometimes just never go through. All and all if you need to be on the phone, VOIP isn%26#39;t there yet reliability wise Do NOT, I repeat, DO NOT go to comcast. They will ruin your life... save yourself about a year or two years worth of trouble, hassle and bad customer service and try something else.
