Yes they appear as a charge if you are the one that made the call depending on your phone plan. If no one (and no answering service) answered,then you aren%26#39;t charged for the call. (On cell phones, all calls show up but most companies do not charge for long distance. )
If someone called you instead, it doesn%26#39;t show up on your regular phone bill. yes, usually every company does that. they do this in order for you to know how much you got charged for every minute and for just in case you were not aware of this call. hope it helps! of course
