I have been trying for a over a week to cancel my Vonage account with no success. I call the number on their Website daily and to date I have spent a more than 6 hours on hold (different days) with no success. They seem to be giving me the run-around by putting me on hold, shuffling me between reps and simply hanging up. I am beyond frustrated. Is there a way to cancel other than by phone?

send the letter...certified, return receipt requested.
also, they do not pro-rate the monthly rate, so cancel on 25th of the month!
then start checking your credit card very close..to see if Vonage still charges your account!
