How do i change someones phone?

to change a land phone, all you need to do is unplug the line cord from the jack, and connect a new phone with to the old line cord, or a new line cord... if it is a wall phone you are going to have to push up on the phone to remove it from the jack

if you are talking about a cellular phone, if it is a GSM phone, all you need to do is take the sim card from one phone, and put it into the other phone... as long as the other phone is either subsidy locked to the same carrier, or unlocked.. if the phone is locked, you can bring it to a cellular store to get the phone unlocked for about $25. if you need to replace a lost sim card.. normally they cost $20 otherwise you need to go to the carrier, or call the carrier to have the phone switched... Change how? ~
