Can someone please tell me international calling plans with cheap rates to call india and england. I will really appreciate it and this is not for a computer it is for a residential phone. Thankz alot. (mostly india)

A broadband connection is not required, but calls can get choppy on dialup. and shop around ! I%26#39;ve seen India calling plans at .36 and others at .08 (USD).
Yes, quality matters, but you can find some suppliers that are working with VSNL and still willing to sell at .10 or better.
