http://www.anywho.com/rl.html you want to use what is referred to as a reverse directory. there are a couple available on the web. i would Google for reverse directory and follow the instructions given.
here are a couple: www.infousacity.com, www.intelius.com,and www.anywho.com It%26#39;s called reverse lookup . . . Go online at a phone directory site (I%26#39;m not sure what it%26#39;s called) and rather than entering a name and getting a phone number, just enter the phone number and get a name . . . maybe you can find the address when you get the name. Probably won%26#39;t work for cell phone numbers though.
