Where can I find an affordable phone out provider to call Nicaragua. I have tryied Yahoo phone out, Skype, Voip Cheap, but the rates to Nicaragua are very high. Can you help me find a good cheap provider?

sorry to tell ya, but Nicaragua is one of the most expensive to call, even with the cheapest of the cheap! its the govt ( and they really hate skype) that poses all them surcharges, not the phone companies As far as I am familiar with, Skype is one of the cheapest. Does the person on the other end have access to a computer with a headset? Can they set up Skype? PC to PC is free. I talk for hours on it with friends and relatives. And the webcam is great, much better than Messenger. Here is cheapest service without any fee + bonus
