How can you retrieve telephone no.s from your land line if they have been with held?

getting silent phone calls with no. withheld and just want to find out who it is

if the call id is withheld, or anon. you will need to activate ACR by dialing *77, this requires everyone calling you to unblock there number...

*69 will only provide you with the same info that the caller id gave you... if the number is blocked *69 is not going to give the number to you...

if you are getting harassing or prank calls you can dial *57 just after recieving the call, to activate the call trace feature, there may be a charge for using this feature, and the information can only be used by law enforcement, you will not be given a record of the incomming calls from your phone provider press *69 and that will call them back and if they don%26#39;t answer you may get a voice mail or answering machine then you can find out who it is. Actually press *67 then *69 and it will show up on their id as anonymous then they might even answer so it%26#39;s star67 star69. If that doesn%26#39;t work there should be some instructions in the front of your phone book telling you their services like the ones I mentioned, make sure its a service provider phone book not one by a company that doesn%26#39;t provide phone service. If all that fails call your phone company and have your line traced.
