How do I find out what a private phone number is?

Like how do I find the real number instead of my caller Id saying it%26#39;s a private number. There has to be a way to ascertain...

I have a callerID manager, and it tell me the "real" number! I also go online to mine computer calling-log.all those great features come with my VoIP provider, and I love it!! *69 it.
